UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender for “Tender for the Design, procure and install of Internal Broadcasting Systems (IBS) for Water Establishments (WEs) of Lebanon” as stipulated in the attached LRPS, Annex 1- Terms of Reference.

 

Hence, we hereby invite you to submit your proposal for LRPS-2021-9169292 WE Broadcasting.

  1. Should our proposal include an internet connection offer?

NO NEED TO INCLUDE INTERNET CONNECTION OFFER AS THIS WILL BE OFFERED BY END BENEFICIARIES ESTABLISHMENTS AT SITES.

  1. Given that electricity and network points setup is required, we’d like to know if there is an estimated length for the network and electricity cables?

THERE IS NO ESTIMATE AVAILABLE. TO GIVE YOU A HINT, ALL THE WORKS WILL BE DONE INDOOR WITHIN THE OFFICES/PUBLIC ZONES (END BENEFICIARIES ESTABLISHMENTS). ALL INSTALLATIONS ARE INSIDE WHERE ALL THE ROOMS USAULLY HAVE ELECTRICITY POINTS AND NETWORK POINTS. VENDOR NEEDS TO PREPARE NECESSARY ELECTRICITY AND NETWORK POINTS AS IT IS NEEDED PER THE SYSTEM DESIGN.

CONNECTIVITY CAN BE PROVIED EITHER VIA WAN AND/OR DSL.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails; one technical and one financial.

 

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2021-9169292 WE Broadcasting) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

 

-Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2021-9169292 WE Broadcasting) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

 

Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.
