Personal Assistant

Basic responsibilities:

  1. Organize, plan and co-ordinate the calendar and schedule for the President internally as well as externally
  2. Perform functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, draft and send emails, make power point presentations, as per the President’s instructions
  3.  Attend meetings when needed
  4.  Communication with internal and external stakeholders for President
  5.  Facilitating day-to-day operations of PRESIDENT office
  6. Provide assistance and accompany president upon request.                                                                                                                                                                                          
  7. Providing technology support to the President from time to time Clerical tasks: typing, filing, archiving, facility management, meeting facilities, operating office equipment, reception and phone calls
  8. Should participate in trainings if required
  9. Available for other duties when requested by President.

 

Other requirements

Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English

Computer skills:  Competent in using Microsoft Office and Internet

Office Management skills

Able to lift and carry

Can accommodate different working hours

Honest, transparent, patient

Good communication skills, team player, creative, multi-task oriented

Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Handles crises and emergency situations and adapts to change.

 

* work location will be in Beirut with possible travel outside of Beirut
