General Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver training to all students in the class.
- Assess, record and report on the development, progress, attainment, and behavior of students.
- Provide and contribute to formative and summative assessments, reports and references relating to individual students or groups of students.
- Ensure high standards of professional practice, pro-active sessions and quality of teaching and learning of the subject/s through effective dialogue and observation of class training.
- Making use of audiovisual technological devices/aides and other adaptations during the delivery of the lessons.
- Help in monitoring and evaluating the training course/curriculum.
- Coordinate with the staff of LebRelief to assure smooth progress of the training activities.
- Participate in the elaboration of evaluation criteria for students along with the ToT trainers.
- Follow up with LebRelief team on the enhancement in the skills of the trainees and filling up evaluation, satisfaction and monitoring forms.
- Prepare corrective actions to provide trainees with the required skills.
- Support trainees with difficulty in learning with additional support to achieve the optimum level of proficiency.
- Follow up with the participants on the daily tasks during the on-the-job training.
- Prepare participants for the final assessment for certification.
Qualifications:
- Experience in WASH and infrastructure works.
- Good social and personal relationships.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good English technical words knowledge.
- It is preferred that the candidates are living around the area where the work is being held.
