War Child Lebanon has received a grant from UNICEF for the implementation of its educational program. Therefore, it is the intention of War Child Lebanon to enter into a

Framework Agreement, for a period of 6 months, for the procurement of SNACKS for its activities as

detailed in the annex I:

The following Invitation to Bid (ITB) Tenders are being tendered through this notification during the

above period:

Tender No. WCH-LEB-2021-001, Supply of Snacks.

The ITB documents can be obtained by sending an email with subject named “ITB No. WCH-LEB-2021-

001” to the following email address:

The tender documents will provide all relevant information in detail, including date, time, and place for

the submission of the Tender.

ANNEX I

Below are the Items to be included in the Package:

Offer to be quoted in USD including the delivery charges to the below mentioned areas.

Payment terms: Fresh USD to your bank.

• One croissant (cheese - chocolate - thyme, we can diversify) BIG size
• One water bottle of 0.5 L
• One cake BIG size 60g
• One fruit (apple or banana)

The total estimation number of packages that will be ordered during the 6 months is 392,600 packages. More packages may be added depending on the project.
