Context
Considering the current COVID-19 pandemic and the stumbling economic and social situations that are affecting Lebanon at several levels, all schools are closed since March 2020 and could be even stay closed during the 2021/22 academic year.
Based on, the EU funded and implemented by GIZ, ProVTE Project’s experience in the distance learning, and considering that the teaching and training at distance will be a constant in the future in the form of blended learning, the EU-funded VTE4all Project, implemented by GIZ, intends to extend the development of distance learning lessons to the general subjects of all BT1 and BT2 programs. This will ensure that students have access to a larger number of courses and their learning is not interrupted due to the instability in the country.
