Contract Length: 55 hours to be delivered per group 
Background
RT is implementing  a capacity building project with different stakeholders ( CBOs – SMEs- COOPs ) under the partnership with CARE international and funded by BMZ. One of the capacity building tracks is targeting the nonprofit CBOs sectors. 

Objectives of the course

1-      Reinforce the understandings and operation of non-profit leadership

2-      Identify the fundamentals of technical and financial management for non-profit organizations

3-      Leverage fundraising principles and practices

4-      Leverage the programmatic practices.

Responsibilities: 

1.     Design and develop the curriculum,materials, and tools as per the initial subjects listed below:

Content

a.       Structure and Governance in Humanitarian and Development Interventions

b.       Humanitarian Theories

c.        Strategic Assessment and Planning

d.        Proposal Writing, Fundraising

e.       Trends/Processes

f.        Monitoring and Evaluation,Accountability and Learning,

g.       Influencing Policy Makers throughAdvocacy,

h.       Non-Profit Communication Strategyand Technology,

i.         Non-Profit Financing and Budgeting

j.       HR Internal Policies and Procedures: Managing Staff and Volunteers, and
Practicum

2.     Provide ideas and inputs to make the training active and interesting to beneficiaries

3.     Monitor and review the progress of beneficiaries through discussions and interactions

4.     Enhance trainee’s performance in their current role; address anticipated changes and full evaluation form.

Overall training plan & justification of the methodology &duration

Detailed Agenda for the training for 7 training sessions ( 7hours\ session)

Training modules and handout materials for participants (All rights should be reserved)

Facilitation and delivery of the training sessions

Keep attendance and other records

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

To use power Point Presentations, videos and case studies in
training sessions as well provide participants with brochure and manuals.

Narrative Report draft which includes: i) number of beneficiaries
(disaggregated by gender and nationality), ii) performances and evaluation
