Responsibilities:

Design and develop the curriculum, materials, and tools as per the initial subjects listed below:

b. Humanitarian Theories
c. Strategic Assessment and Planning
d. Proposal Writing, Fundraising
e. Trends/Processes
f. Monitoring and Evaluation,Accountability and Learning,
g. Influencing Policy Makers through Advocacy,
h. Non-Profit Communication Strategy and Technology,
i. Non-Profit Financing and Budgeting
j. HR Internal Policies and Procedures: Managing Staff and Volunteers, and Practicum

Provide ideas and inputs to make the training active and interesting to beneficiaries
3.
Monitor and review the progress of beneficiaries through discussions and interactions
4.
Enhance trainee’s performance in their current role; address anticipated changes and full evaluation form.

Tasks and Responsibilities
To use power Point Presentations, videos and case studies in training sessions as well provide participants with brochure and manuals.
Narrative Report draft which includes: i) number of beneficiaries(disaggregated by gender and nationality), ii) providing technical guidance for future steps.
