Crowd Control Reception

  1. Meet and warmly greet beneficiaries scheduled for attendance of IOM Beirut premises
  2. Obtain info for the purpose of their visit and inform MHO in charge of MHAC/designated IOM MHD HAP team member who will advise for response/schedule
  3. Assist in implementation of COVID-19 preventive and protection measures particularly ensuring social distancing and wearing of PPEs is in place and followed by beneficiaries
  4. Assist MHD HAP and other units at reception site within IOM Beirut compound designated waiting area and closely coordinate flow of beneficiaries with security unit, MHD HAP as well as other units within IOM Beirut
  5. Assist nurses at reception area and/or waiting areas with making available required supplies of Personal protection equipment
  6. Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the supervisors.

1. Secondary school education diploma from an accredited educational institution.
2. Minimum of one year’s crowd control experience in private sector/UN agencies/NGOs/IOs.
3. Proficiency with Ms Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
4. Team player.
5. Ability to pay attention to details and to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Be willing to learn and be flexible with working hours.
7. Prior work experience and knowledge in a reception/crowd control would be added advantage.
