Consultancy for organizational and digital capacity assessment

1. Technical Description

The ZIVIK project aims at assisting organizations through a capacity building process by providing consultancy in developing their own IT strategy matching with their overall strategy, supporting them in implementing digital services, and integrating these solutions into their organizations’ approach and culture.

The consultant's role will be key to the project in implementing a coaching/training with the CSO needed resources based on a digital capacity assessment and a digital strategy that has already been completed. Each CSO has already completed their prioritization and therefore training/coaching will be tailor made to need and priorities identified. Each engagement will cover preparing and training CSOs to complete their own policies/procedures.

Since we are limited on time, multiple consultants/resources will be needed to drive the identified CSOs efforts in parallel. (please note that not all CSOs have an OD training path however consultants may advise).

2. Objectives and expected results

Organizations are trained on developing a specific need of their organizations (M&E, HR, Procurement, Accounting, etc…). These needs have been identified already as per each CSO priority.

Organizations are equipped with the knowledge, tools and techniques and guidelines to follow up further on this implementation.

Organizations have an OD action plan focused on the specified area for implementing development activities.

Develop a data privacy and security policy/SOP

Develop a remote work policy/SOP

Accounting system-process mapping (which tool fits the need)

Software-processes mapping (which software to use for each process)

Business Model consultancy

While each CSO has a specific need, we can join multiple CSOs in one engagement when we identify the opportunity.
