Biopesticides Unit Supervisor

General Objectives & Tasks:

1- Definition of the production plan:

•  Organize production: distribute tasks by workstation and by machine, according to priorities and constraints.

2- Production monitoring:

• Coordinate the production plan: supply, manufacture, packaging, delivery.
• Participate in the determination of production objectives in terms of costs, deadlines, quality and quantity.
• Daily monitoring of indicators: objectives, costs, deadlines, product quality.
• Control the application of safety, hygiene and environmental procedures.
• React quickly to economic, technical and human dysfunctions.
• Deal with customer, supplier and subcontractor incidents.

3- Optimization of production processes:

• Check the compliance of the installations with the rules and procedures.
• Prevent internal risks related to quality; participate in updating the QHSE system (quality, hygiene, safety, environment).
• Provide technical advice in manufacturing.
• Participate in optimization or adaptation projects of the production tool.
• Define the criticality of the installations and the vital spare parts to be kept in stock.

4- Supervision of the production team:

• Animate and coordinate the activities of his team.
• Raise awareness and train in quality, industrial and environmental safety.
• Evaluate and define recruitment needs in connection with HR services.
• Manage the workforce (absences, leaves, replacements…).
• Carrying out professional interviews, evaluation, training ...
• Promote skills development.

5- Possible activities:

• Provide activity reporting to his hierarchy.
• Define, manage and monitor industrial performance indicators (KPI): volume of products and materials consumed, rate of malfunctions, rate of rejects, etc.
• Develop quotes following customer orders, respond to specific customer requests.
• Provide product training, define its manufacturing process while supervising its production, in conjunction with the quality control laboratory.

6- Supervise the storage and shipping activity Sales and after sales follow up.

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday, from 09:00 am till 05:00 pm.

Contract Type: 1 year(Renewable).
