2) SEF additionally offers fully-managed remote HR services
We help international companies build their diverse remote teams in Lebanon by offering a range of HR and legal services that help them hire locally quickly and hassle-free.
We’ve helped companies in the UK, Sweden, the UAE, and the US quickly set up local operations, with SEF acting as their partners on the ground, taking on all local admin, payroll and taxation matters on their behalf.

The Role
We are recruiting a mid-level or senior role that will lead on growing SEF’s business operations, in addition to implementing operational excellence when it comes to SEF’s ongoing recruitment and remote HR services.
The role is therefore both business development as well as customer success/operations oriented:
- SEF aims to maintain its exceptional hiring success rate for tech bootcamp graduates, even as the number of bootcamps grows.
- SEF also aims to scale up its remote HR offering (also called Managed Services), providing a one-stop shop for international companies to set up and manage local teams
- The recruited candidate will be working directly with SEF management, with junior business development team members as well as with other departments. They will contribute in setting the overall business strategy, executing it, and managing the junior members.
Key activities:
- Set business strategy with management, focusing on international customer expansion
- Implement operational plans related to both tech recruitment and Managed Services, working side-by-side with teammates to execute with a high level of quality
- Continuously work on identifying new customers and engaging with them to understand their hiring needs and improving the overall experience
- Negotiate contracts and close partnerships
- Oversee the work of junior business team members, mentor them and help them improve their quality and speed of work
- Coordinate with other SEF departments: marketing/comms, tech instructors, legal, finance, etc..
- Ensure existing customer obligations on a day-to-day basis (esp. in Managed Services) are implemented with high quality of service:
- Quick query response time
- Accurate and timely invoicing
- Problem-solving employee issues
- Coordinating with legal/finance and consolidating advice requested by customers
- Collecting and reporting to management KPIs, business team performance and customer satisfaction data
- SEF aims to become a highly-trusted partner for its international customers, who will depend on us to respond fast, achieve results and be hands on in solving their needs.
Experience and Background
- 3-5 years of experience in business development and customer operational roles, ideally in B2B
- Proven ability to work in a team and get things done
- Proven ability to acquire, maintain, and upsell business partnerships, working directly with C-level customers
- Familiarity with setting financial targets, negotiating pricing and managing customer payments and invoicing
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
- Highly comfortable with online digital communication and business tools including Google Drive, Slack, CRM tools, etc.
