PSEA Trainer

LOST is seeking to recruit a PSEA Trainer to support in the Project funded by GIZ-Con Tra (Construction & Training Program ) and the Lebanese Organization For Studies and Training in the following locations : Baalbeck, Yamouneh,Nabha,Harissa , Jebjanine.

Job Description

The trainer/facilitator must facilitate the focus group discussions and workshops with cash worker . The main tasks to be completed by the trainer shall be:

Design and present a training agenda and a detailed timetable of the workshop outlining the topics to be covered;

Prepare needed visuals to enhance the quality of learning for trainees.

Train the cash workers on Sexual Harassment and Abuse 

Train the cash workers on child protection measures 

Train the cash workers on the complaint mechanism and how to deal with each case 

The trainer/facilitator is required to have

Excellent communication, oral, and written skills

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

A good listener with the ability to capture the essence of what people say and capture it in writing
