Publich Health Promotor

LOST is seeking to recruit a Public Health Promotor (PHP)

Duites and Responsabilities :

• Field visits: Provide targeted beneficiaries with hygiene related topics.
• Data entry of daily work.
• Monthly/Biweekly Assessment of targeted Informal settlements.  
• Weekly reporting for PHP Officer.

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of experience in field
• Experience in providing awareness sessions and social mobilization 
• Experience and Ability to work with vulnerable people
• Agrees with the principles and objectives of LOST 
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Word-processing, spreadsheet and database software programs related to job functions.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

Experience :

Bachelor degree in a major related to social work or any other related field

Skills : 

• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and diplomacy
• Good organizational skills, proactivity and ability to work autonomously
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Very good reporting skills
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Working Conditions : 

80% at the field level

20% reporting for project manager.
