Request for Quotes (RFQ) 01-01/22: Portes and Trucks for in-kind project – Tripoli and Minieh/Dennieh

Under WFP’s in-kind 2022 Programme, DCL is requested to distribute rations for beneficiaries from Tripoli warehouse (in bahsas area) to three distribution sites (Tripoli – Mina; Minieh and Dennieh – Syr); one ration is two boxes (15.42Kg and 17Kg) and one bag (30 Kg) unpalletized; The duration of the distribution is 5 months (February to June).

DCL is looking for a supplier to provide the following tasks:

• Provide 6 Porters at the warehouse for receiving and distribution days
• Provide trucks (with a maximum capacity of 150 rations) for distribution days from Tripoli warehouse to the distribution sites (Tripoli, Minieh, and Syr)
• Provide 5 porters per site per distribution day to offload the rations from the trucks to the beneficiaries’ cars

The estimated numbers of trucks and distribution days (receiving and distribution) are shown in the table in the attached document (the numbers have a margin of 10% plus or minus)

The supplier will have weekly schedule every Friday for the coming week to prepare the logistics for the coming week with final numbers for trucks and days, or at least 48 hours before the distribution; free of charge cancellation should be allowed the night before of the distribution day (by 6 PM)
