- Monitor the implementation of all Emergency Recovery and Resilience activities at the field level.
- Coordinate the logistics of all project related activities in the field.
- Conduct household visits in the field covering assessment phase, data entry, selection, and monitoring for the host and Syrian Displaced communities including municipalities, community representatives and youth.
- Attend the interagency and Sector Working Group meetings as requested.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships and liaise with all stakeholders including local governments, Municipalities, UN agencies and NGOs at local level.
- Liaise with local authorities and humanitarian partners to identify community needs and gaps.
- Liaise with Beirut office and prepare regular updates, situation reports, and workplans.
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring the work of the field staff and assist in maintaining field administration systems.
- Support the identification and development of Emergency Recovery and Resilience Projects in coordination with the Emergency Unit in Beirut.
- Coordinate with staff from other units at the sub-office level to ensure synergies and to avoid duplications across interventions and coordination.
