Project Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities :

 

  • Directly provide supervision to the following staff: 6 Case Workers, 2 FPSS Facilitators and 12 Volunteers that are directly working with street connected children. 
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of the project under her/his Programmes through the management and supervision of the associated resources in her/his team.
  • Support field staff and provides guidance in technical aspects of project implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning.
  • Provides techincal training and coaching and supervises activities based on identified needs.
  • Review CP Files , CPIMS and tracking sheets for CM team. 
  • Review activity plan for the PSS team.
  • Plan the daily schedule with the team.
  • Provide support and guaindance for the 12 volunteers.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback to the staff under her/his direct responsibility on a regular basis and pass on the evaluations and recommendations to the line manager.
  • Be responsible of the overall effective and efficient technical management of project implementation in Beirut, program objectives, activities and indicators.
  • Attend day and night shifts activities to provide guidance and support to the team.
  • Condcut weekly/monthly  meetings with the team

Reporting:

  • Submit monthly , quarterly and yearly reports
  • Ensures quality reports are submitted to donors.
  • Assist in analyzing the data collected and reports both quantitatively and qualitatively
  • Review all the  recorded of data (Tracking sheets, CPIMS ,# of children, youth, adults participating, activities delivered, etc ).

Communication and Coordination:

  • Keep close coordination and update with the project manager
  • Contribute to create a positive atmosphere interacting constructively with the team memebrs  
  • Communicate efficiently with technical team and managers conveying to them ideas and new initiatives according to daily observation for the activities 
  • Participate within donor visits and promote proper preparation and implementation.
  • Represents the organization to partners, authorities, and local stakeholders & ensures the active participation of SFD in national sectorial working groups and forums, and meetings.
