Conflict Resolution / Peace-building Expert

·         Has a PHD in Social Sciences, Conflict Resolution, or Peacebuilding

·         Has handled projects that deal with community tension and monitoring for international organizations

·         Has managed studies that deal with community tension and measurement from inception to completion

(including setting the general framework, formulating the research tools, and taking part in the reporting process)

·         More than 10 years of experience in working with refugees and vulnerable populations

·         Familiar with tensions in Akkar and Bekaa

·         Good writing skills

·         Excellent English and Arabic
