Duties:
-Provide guidance and capacity building for the implementation of qualitative psychosocial care and mental health activities MHPSS to Vulnerable Youth, Adolescents and children
- Provide Family Therapy to Vulnerable Youth, Adolescents and Children
- Improve the beneficiaries (Right holders) mental health wellbeing and psychosocial conditions
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services provided to clients
- Ensure the confidentiality of client’s identifying information
- Support the hygiene ; Health Promotors/ Animators to identify beneficiaries with vulnerability and properly refer them to Mental Health worker
- Assess and report the most serious cases which require specific actions or responses
- Implement a proper case management
- Ensure a proper/relevant referral according to existing pathway
- Support the facilitators in organizing and running recreational and sport activities, socialization for children and Youth
- Establish a service mapping and conduct regular awareness raising sessions with target
community
- Coordinate with other services providers in order to ensure the access of individuals to services
- Do No Harm analysis
- Prepare monthly/quarterly report as required
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned
Experience and Knowledge:
-Minimum of One years of experience in NGOs or relevant work experience in Psychosocial Support/Psychology in clinical and or direct practice settings
- Experience in assessment process, Evaluation and Technical Training
-Understanding of Protection Principles, Case Management and Survivor-Centered Care
- Experience in use of computer
