- Provide technical and administrative support throughout all stages of programming processes by executing/administering a variety of technical programme transactions, preparing materials/documentations, complying with organizational processes and management systems, to support progress towards the WASH-related outcome and/or output results in the country programme.
- Prepare required documentation/materials to facilitate review and approval processes.
- Support WASH section in managing the emergency support programme to water establishments including referral management, preparation of related tender documents , , followup on timely contracts implementation such as starting and finish dates, submission of field monitoring reports, handing over notes and reports and keep tracking of budget expenditures versus funds requirements.
- Liaise with the water establishments focal points and other local authorities as well as other partners when needed on programme related matters such as referrals, delivery schedule, ..
- Prepare inputs for programme and donor reporting such as monthly and quarterly reports, data for Activity info reporting
- If requested, Undertake field visits and surveys, collect and share reports with partners/stakeholders. Report critical issues, bottlenecks and potential problems to supervisor, for timely action.
- Draft requisitions for supplies, services, long-term agreements to ensure delivery in case of an emergency.
