Objective:
CARE International Office in Beirut is seeking for a quotation for Medical Insurance, as per the below requirements:
A) Premium competitive pricing for CIL staff
B) Workmen compensation for CIL staff
Workmen compensation policy is a separate policy that is mandatory in Lebanon which can be only granted to Insurance companies that are registered in Lebanon. In case an international insurance company is selected to issue the main Medical Insurance policy, then the workmen compensation policy will be tackled through a separate process comparing in minimum three different applications from registered insurance companies in Lebanon to conclude the selection of the workmen compensation policy. Applications received in this call from registered companies will be considered enough for selection in case three minimum applications are received.

In order to submit a complying bid, you should submit all documents stated below by sending an email addressed to Procurement (CARE LB) <procurement@careliban.org> before March 31, 2022 – 17:00 (Beirut time) including the following:
• Annex 1: CARE International Safeguarding Policy, Signed and Stamped
• Annex 2: CARE International Policy on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Child Protection, Signed and Stamped.
• Annex 3: Terms of Reference, TOR, signed and stamped.
• Annex 3-A, Annex 3-A1, Annex 3-B: Filled in prices and other data required, signed, and stamped.
• Excel document shared for ease of reference. Please do submit it attached and filled within the email in the application.
• Annex 4: Supplier References.
• Annex 5: Proof of Company Registration Documents.
