Under the Overall supervision of Head of Office, guidance of the Head of Resources Management and direct supervision of the Senior HR Assistant, the incumbent will act as Human Resources Intern undertaking the following:
- Assist with the general administrative functions of the Human Resources Unit in the day-to-day processes.
- Ensure proper and systematic filing of personnel files according to established standards. Ensure electronic filing in SAP PRISM when needed.
- Follow-up on mandatory staff trainings and ensure training certificates are on file.
- Develop and update a staff database to enable extraction of various lists.
- Provide general administrative assistance in recruitment processes including but not limited to posting job advertisement, screening resumes, schedule interviews with candidates, preparing and sending communication to candidates and collecting references.
- Assist with developing the new onboarding tool and coordinate newly recruited onboarding formalities.
- Perform other related duties as may be required.
