To support the ongoing operations, ACTED through this National Call for tender is requesting suppliers and companies to provide detailed written bids for the supply of the following services for two (2) year framework Agreement as below:

Description: Kitchen and Cleaning Supplies
Operation area: DDP ACTED Beirut office, Lebanon
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. How to Apply
The closing date of this tender is fixed on 01/04/2022 at 5:00PM (Lebanese local time) for e-mail applications. Late offers will not be considered and will automatically be rejected.
All bids must be submitted before on 01/04/2022 at 5:00PM (Lebanese local time) by E-mail at lebanon.tender @acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org with the mention: “T T/11FWC/Kitchen and cleaning Supplies/18-03-2022- Not to be opened before 4-04-2022”
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
The tender opening session will take place in April 2022 (exact date and time to be communicated by email) on Zoom Application. Interested suppliers will be informed by email or phone call.
