Level of Effort: The Consultant will support in strengthening the CMR Capacities of PHCCs Facilities Staff.
Background: The CMR Trainer will be in charge of training practitioners on the Clinical Management of Rape towards providing quality medical and psychosocial services to every survivor of rape.
Purpose: The purpose of this scope of work is to support the procurement of the services of the Trainer to plan for, travel to and/or implement the training for Clinical Management of Rape.
Task Description: Consultant will serve as the CMR Trainer project’s activity in Lebanon; Consultant will complete the following tasks:
- Contact and coordinate with the selected health facilities/NGOs to set dates for the trainings;
- Train the staff of the selected health facilities/NGOs on the soft skills and medical content of the CMR training tool in line with global CMR guidelines;
- Train the staff of the selected health facilities/NGOs, on the updated PEP Kit Protocol;
- Visiting the facilities trained on CMR for supervision and coaching;
- Ensure that every participant fills in the pre-test on the first day before the training and fills in the post-test on the second day after the training ends;
- Ensure that every participant fills in the daily evaluation form on the first day and the training evaluation form on the last day (if it is a one-day training, use only the training evaluation form);
- Ensure that every participant fills and signs the attendance sheet;
- Track and achieve set targets;
- Submit all necessary materials to the Monitoring and Evaluation Department to report on the activity;
- Prepare all the needed information to share with the TF;
- Coordinate with UN Agencies, International and National Actors on CMR related issues;
- Other duties as coordinated with the GBV Program Coordinator.
Specific Duties:
- Provide a report on the training by clinic, no later than 1 week from the completion of the training sessions (success stories, challenges, lessons learned, recommendations, etc…)
- Submit recommendations necessary for the improvement of the training or the provision of quality CMR services when needed;
- Data Entry of the daily and final evaluation on the format provided by IMC.
- Data Entry of the pre/post test scores on a format provided by IMC.

Deliverables:
- 10 Online or In-person Day 1 of Training consisting of 4 hours
- 10 Online or In-person Day 2 of Training consisting of 4 hours
- OR 10 Online In-person 1 Full Day of CMR Training (merging the 2 days of training in 1 day)
- 10 Online or In-person CMR Coaching Visit
Fixed Price Fee:
- Online or In-person visit to the facilities trained on CMR for coaching; and submitting a report detailing findings and recommendations: 100 USD/visit, 1-2 visits per facility as needed;
- Online or In-person Training practitioners of selected facilities on the clinical management of rape, as scheduled by the GBV department and submitting a report: 200 USD/ day consisting of 4 Hours of training. Each facility will need two days of training, in case a facility asks to merge the content of 2 days into one, the compensation will be 400 USD/Day consisting of 8 Hours of Training followed by the submission of a report;
- No other compensation will be provided. IMC will ensure the transportation of the consultant/trainer to facilities across Lebanon;
- Payment cannot exceed 4,000 USD/Month.
The fees will be paid based on the submission of an invoice and reports
Location of Work: Consultant resides in Beirut and will conduct her/his work in All Areas and IMC will be responsible for his/her transportation.
