Research Assistant

Under the framework of “Academic Research Advancement '' Initiative which will be soon launched by Common Effort, we are seeking for a passionate, detail-oriented Research Assistant to support preparing policy documents and research reports in different economic and social sectors.

The Research Assistant's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare interview questions and summarizing results
  • Read / understand lengthy research instructions and guidelines 
  • Perform literature reviews for research topics
  • Conduct research and summarizing findings on project findings
  • Maintain quality standards to preserve the integrity of data and findings
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Collect / Analyze data using various statistical methods
  • Draft reports in compliance with international academic standards 

Requirements and skills

  • Proven business english reporting skills (excellent writing skills in english)
  • Proven work experience as a Research Assistant or similar role (at least 1 year)
  • Excellent administrative and organization skills
  • Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods and academic research methodologies
  • Ability to work under pressure and to commit to strict deadlines
  • Provent ability to work in a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Provent analytical skills
