Nurse Supervisor / Nabatieh

- providing floor supervision according to the policies and procedures of the hospital:

- main duties:

• plan,organize and supervise nursing care.
• introduce necessary improvements to the department. 
• ensure the application of rules and regulations.
• set employees' working schedule.
• enusre necessary training for the staff.
• organize and distribute tasks.

Requirements: 

•  bachelor degree or technical degree in nursing sciences.
•  having the permission to practice the nursing profession from the lebanese ministry of public health.
•  minimum of 3 years experience in supervision roles.
•  preferably living in Nabatieh area or surroundings.
