Audio Visual Officer

Job Responsibilities:

- Edit and produce still photography, video and other audio-visual pieces for Fe-Male as needed (Experience with software for photography editing, video and graphic design)

- Collect videos, photos and audio interviews during Fe-Male's events and activities and when assigned by the management

- Create multimedia content for social media and visibility items designs

- Support in providing editorial guidance, ensuring messages conveyed through audio-visual products are sharp, compelling and current

- Support in identifying the best potential creative production partners, and maximize the quality of execution

- All material produced must be done so in accordance with Fe-Male’s informed consent principles, communication guidelines, and protection policies – approved by the executive director.

- Archive and organize all raw footage of videos and photos captured 

-  Ensures compliance with Fe-Male’s code of conduct, gender and child protection policies.

-Demonstrate excellent creative, design and artistic skills.

-Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
