  1. TENDER PURPOSE: 

NRC BEING MEMBER OF THE LPC (LEBANESE PROTECTION CONSORTIUM) THAT IS FUNDED BY EUROPEAN UNION CIVIL PROTECTION AND HUMANITARIAN AID-ECHO WISHES TO RECEIVE BIDS FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD PARCELS STARTING FROM MAY 2022.

How to Apply
  1. ELIGIBILITY:

Eligible bidders are:

  1. Companies registered in the Ministry of Finance where a copy of the Commercial /VAT / Ministry of finance registrations to be provided with bidding documents.
  2. Companies classified as Manufacturers, accredited Wholesalers, and Traders with the relative knowledge and experience of at least three years of good working in trade and supply of food items.
  3. Bidders can confirm that his quoted prices will remain valid for the duration of the Contract.
  4. Bidders can deliver the needed quantities within a short time period that goes from 3 to 10 days.

The Tender Dossier can be requested by sending an email mentioning the tender name, reference, company details and contact person to the E-mail address: lb.south.procurement@nrc.no

 

  1. TENDER SUBMISSION:  All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to:

NRC South Office, Finance Dpt. 4th flr. Aruba Center, Jal Al Baher Abbassieh,  Tyre, South Lebanon.

 

  1. CLOSING DATE:

Closing date for requesting tender documents by interested bidders is May 09, 2022 at 16:00

 

  1. SUBMISSION OF BIDS

 

Deadline for bids submission along with samples is May 13, 2022 at 15:00

 

All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
