DATA MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Objective 1: Uploads, in liaison with MEAL Officers and MEAL Managers, data to the TDH IT IMS for TDH IT and as part of the BTF2 consortium

Objective 2: Designs and develops relevant system (on line and off line, including ODK and Kobo) for data collection and reporting.

Objective 3: Manages the use, administration, maintenance, backup, security and technical support of databases and data collection system.

Objective 4: Regularly performs data quality checking, cleaning and assessment to ensure the quality of the collected data, including timeliness, consistency, precision and accuracy.

Objective 5: Trains and provides continuous technical support to the field staff in data collection.

Objective 6: Act in close cooperation with MEAL Team and relevant managers.

Objective 7: Report, Capitalization & Communication.

• Provides relevant reports for the DM Country Manager on a regular basis as well as the Program or Project Managers when required.
• Ensures the data and database are always correct, accurate, clean and accessible to the relevant people.

And any other duties seemed relevant to the position and assigned by your manager.
