The Opportunity
The IT Assistant will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. The tasks vary depending on the size and structure of the organization, but may include installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring of all end user and core devices in the organization.
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
- Bachelor degree in information technology, computer science or any other related field.
- One to two years of experience in IT support.
- Expertise in Microsoft system management: managing servers, implementing and installing new servers and services.
- Network Security Management: Ensuring a full time management and control of the network and data under SCI network in terms of virus, intrusion and attack protection.
- Advanced experience in monitoring and control systems: Implementing a fully connected CCTV and lock control system all over the offices.
- Advanced experience in data management: creating data schemes, applying access distribution, maintaining data, and protecting in terms of backups.
- Advanced skills in system migration: capabilities and skills in migrating all the environment to new standards.
- Experience with Microsoft software like Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Server platforms.
- Skills in Network Management: Monitor Network, Monitor Devices.
- Medium Skills with Web Application: SharePoint, OneNet, ETC.
- Experience and/or knowledge of various networking systems concepts including email, firewall, client servers, network security, network protocols, etc.
- ITIL Foundation Certified.
- Demonstrate creativity and good design skills for different publications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both orally and in writing.
- Work as a team member and to promote a positive work environment.
- Technical writing experience for reporting and case evaluation.
- Apple product knowledge (Mac OSX, iPad, iPhone) email, network, printer, file share configuration. IOS installation.
