Accommodation and Venue Rent June 2022

1. Goal and Objectives of Assignment

Search for Common Ground (Search) is seeking a venue outside of Beirut , in  Mount Lebanon , South , North and Bekaa governorates to conduct their staff retreat , including accommodations and meeting room with breakfast, lunch, Dinner and coffee breaks. The venue must also have space and facilities for outdoor team and interactive activities.

2. Geographic Locations

Bekaa , South , North and Mount Lebanon

3. Ethical Considerations        

The contracted party shall take into consideration all factors to ensure that the work is done in a conflict sensitive manner and that no harm is done while implementing the activity. This includes social, security, safety, environmental, economic, and gender-related factors. 

4. Timeline

Search Participants shall check in the 28th of June 2022 and check out the 1st of July 2022

5. Requirements of Venue and accommodation :

Meeting room area minimum 250sqm

Dining room area minimum 250sqm

Both areas to be daylighted and not underground

Have available capacity of Single rooms and Double rooms to accommodate at least 30 people .

Diversity of cuisine is a must as some participants are vegan , gluten free , vegetarian and lactose intolerant .
