Scope of work
IRC is seeking the services of an independent audit support to carry out the audits of the specific projects. The audit support will be appointed to conduct audits for the grant from and to specific period.
There are two upcoming audits under specific donors that require support for this project: The first step is to scan the necessary documents, and the second is to save them according to the audit's specific instructions. The continued engagement of the auditor is subject to satisfactory performance and the timely submission of audit reports.
Deliverables:
- Responsible for adequately preparing, scanning, and saving the project specific needed documents.
- The audit support will carry out the audit in accordance with project requirement.
- Assist in filing the extracted documents in the employees’ files.
- Always maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive HR information.
- Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the HR Officer in Beirut.
Requirements:
- University Degree, preferably in Management, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
- Accountable to HR Officer.
- Strong sense of personal integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and integrity.
- Previous experience with Administration is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
