Intent to bid - PR 104326 - Digital Economy Consultant: Freelance Ecosystem Mapping

Mercy Corps is looking for a digital economy consultant(s), expert(s), and/or consultancy companies who will be responsible to conduct an ecosystem mapping of the digital economy in Lebanon, more particularly the gig/freelance economy. The ecosystem mapping should serve as a market/needs assessment that the MC team can build on, in order to revise the strategy for this component, both on the short term and long term.
