- Conducting outreach by participating in parenting sessions organized by the Prevention Program in order to spread knowledge about Family Based Alternative Care and its importance.
- Conducting assessment of interested families using the tools of the Alternative Care Project.
- Coordinating with Senior Case Managers of the Resilience Program and the Advocacy and Judicial Protection Department.
- Presenting periodic reports to the program's manager.
- Preparing a complete file for every interested family.
- Coaching of families interested in being host families under the Family Based Alternative Care Project before the actual placement of a child.
