Field Officer

The Association for forests, Development and Conservation (AFDC) was awarded project in collaboration with UNDP entitled “Supporting stability in vulnerable host communities in Lebanon”

The project aims to support economic resilience and promote social stability through a tailored intervention strategy and direct support to local MSMEs and Cooperatives in Tripoli and Beddaoui areas.

Under the supervision of the project coordinator and technical consultants, the field officer is required to: 

1. 1. Conduct field surveys to collect socio-economic, social, forests, agriculture, and tourism data.
   2. Coordinate and communicate with the targeted municipalities and local stakeholders.
   3. Coordinate and support the project’s consultants and management team.
   4. Assist in the data entry of the collected information.
   5. Assist in the supervision of the ongoing actions on sites when needed
   6. Maintain the workers time schedule and payment slips when needed
   7. Assist in the training organization and logistics when needed
   8. Assist in the supervision of the implementation of the forest management when needed
   9. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
