Scope of Services
Nabad for Development Lebanon is seeking services of a medical insurance firm/company to cover its team of local staff of about 112 people (subject to change).
Specifications of Services Required
Full coverage insurance First Class without National Social Security Fund (NSSF) (Co-NIL), for a group of 112 staff (staff nbr is subject to change):
1. In-Patient (100% coverage)
2. Out-Patient (85% coverage);
3. Doctor Visits (85% coverage);
4. Prescribed medicine (85% coverage);
5. Workmen Compensation (first class);
6. Maternity Coverage;
7. Coverage for chronic, congenital and pre-existing conditions;
8. Basic Optical and Dental (80% coverage);
Also;
All services must have no waiting period;
Response service should be quick, when receiving a request for approval from hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, etc...

To express interest medical insurance companies/firms, are requested to submit the following documents to the email address: Procurement@nabadassociation.org
1) Financial Proposal including:
Table of Benefits describing the benefits/services offered, per first class
List of networks contracted with the Insurance company (Drs, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, physiotherapists, etc..)
List of exclusion (services)
*P.S: Payment terms. All prices must be in United States Dollars and inclusive of Value Added Tax.
2) Company profile (plus all registration documents, and ID of owner) – to be consolidated in one pdf.

Period of Insurance contract: One Year (1 August 2022 – 31 July 2023)
Population age: between 22 and 60
