Reporting officer

Main Tasks:

  • Undertake field visits to gather the information and results related to the programs, and field activities;
  • Assist the communication officer and programs coordinator in drafting the necessary reports; staying updated of all developments in the activity to prepare appropriate reports, briefing and background notes, and other documentation as required
  • Collect and draft various success stories from the field;
  • Provide high-quality editing and formatting for all program-related documents;
  • Facilitate projects reviews and evaluations;
  • Liaise closely with all departments in order to gather and collate accurate data about activities;
  • Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings when necessary;
  • Help draft narrative reports, in compliance with specific donor requirements;
  • Be the focal point for collecting and processing data received from field staff ensuring qualitative and quantitative consistency;
  • Responding to periodic donor and internal requests for additional information on project activities their performance and resultss;
  • Be available to take part in meetings and trainings as per management request;
  • Ability to visit Syria;
  • Perform other activities as necessary and assigned by the Country Director and programs coordinator.
