Business Coach

LOST is seeking to recruit a business Coach in baalbeck 

Job Description :

1-   Developing  a business training curriculum

2-   Outreach participants to join the project

3-   Giving the participant an orientation on the program

4-   Providing capacity building trainings for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

5-   Providing business trainings for participants.

6-   Assist the participants in designing their plans.

7-   Helping trained participants to startup their business under the following fields: Agriculture, Food processing, domestic plantations, Small Ruminants, Forestry, construction and others.

8-   Train participants and support them to make their Business profitable and able to respond to market demands.

9-   Following up with his/her group of participants as this will allow for higher level of cooperation and high chance of success.

10- Guiding the winning participants into finding additional sources of funding to increase the amount of startup in case the initial amount is not enough.

11- Reporting any kind of challenges or incidents to the project coordinator

12- Send weekly reports to the project coordinator

13- Documentation for all files and documents related to the project

14- Helping participants to build network with Suppliers

15- Filling in a daily activity sheet that shows their daily performance

General Skills :

Bachelor Degree In business or any other relevant field

Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching 

Skills :

Very good computer skills using MS Excel, Word.

Professional communication skills; using e-mail.

Active and self-motivated.

Trustful and able to handle sensitive matters.

Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
