Required Tasks from the Service Provider
The goal of this assignment is to help the business owner learn more about programmer analyst.
General Tasks
- Assign focal points who will attend the kick-off meeting and coordinate with Mercy Corps 3amaly team
- Prepare all the needed tools and document relevant to the business coaching program in order to be delivered online if needed depending on the circumstances
- All concerned staff must participate in Mercy Corps trainings (Gender, Protections, etc.)
- Service Providers are encouraged to emphasis on safeguarding the environment during the training and the coaching sessions.
- Include a mitigation plan for any possible delays or changes subject to the country’s situation.
- Detailed schedule for all activities must be prepared directly after the kick-off meeting and shared with 3amaly before starting the training: dates, timing, topics, links, and trainers’ names must be included. The program must approve on any change on the schedule.
- Prepare a test to be conducted with the presence of 3amaly team before the launching of the program and at the end to evaluate the acquired skills and submit it after correcting it.
- Identify the way of communication with participants and 3amly team
- Facilitate the follow up and supervision process that will be conducted by 3amaly team during all the business-coaching phases.
- Present and validate the findings and recommendations with the MSMEs at every phase
- Abide by 3amaly reporting mechanism to allow for continuous monitoring of activities by 3amaly team
- Identify and communicate risks to 3amaly team and call for intervention when required
- Report to 3amaly team any new job creation, improvement in management practices, or any other impact resulting from 3amaly program
- Commit with the minimum number of sessions required, but more sessions can be added if needed
- Provide all required subjects to the business and any needed subject detected during the assessment meeting
- Specific Tasks
The service provider should be able to provide the following:
- Construct database for monitoring and analysis of natural feed
- Analyze use and related outcomes in animal target populations
- Essential statistical analysis skills, producing summary statistics and correlations
- Database management and data quality surveillance skills
- Software construction using Microsoft Access database and Excel Macros
