LITB-2022-9176287 Tender for Stationary and Games LOT1 and LOT2

UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for bid number (LITB-2022-9176287)   to establish a long-term arrangement (LTA) for Stationary and Games supplies.

Submission format is by replying the Annex 1 ; Annex 2 ; Detailed specs for Games_LOT2 and Detailed Specs LOT1_Unit price in excel format (.xlsx) and Signing the LITB-2022-9176287.

Lumpsum is not allowed for kit price, use the excel format in filling all the cells for Unit Price and total amount per kit.

 IMPORTANT - ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Offers must be received by latest 12:00 hours (Beirut time) on 27.07.2022 and will be opened at 12:30 hours (Beirut time) on 27.07.2022. Offers received after the stipulated date and time or sent to another email address will be invalidated.

 NB: All requests for formal clarifications or queries on this ITB must be submitted in writing to the following emails: (arimlawi@unicef.org; sselwan@unicef.org) by latest 14.07.2022. please make sure that the email mentions the ITB reference number (LITB-2022-9176287).

Special notes:

All items to be quoted, partial quotation per LOT is not accepted (Annex 1; Annex 2 ; Detailed Specs for Games_LOT2; Detailed Specs LOT1).

Supplier can quote for  both LOT’s  (LOT1 and LOT2) or one of the LOT’s.

Mentioning your weekly production capacity for each kit is mandatory.

Samples to be received at the date of the closing any sample for any items not received will make your offer at this LOT invalid.

By maximum Wednesday 27 July 2022 COB. Mention on the sample box your company name and the LITB reference.

This tender is open for local suppliers only.
