TENDER PURPOSE:
NRC being member of NATAFA3AL Consortium that is funded by the Agence Française de Development (AFD) is seeking to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) or to have a preferred supplier that can offer competitive prices for supply of snacks and to be delivered all over Lebanon as a part of Natafa3al Learning activities that will be implemented in twenty (20) schools in Lebanon.

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to lb.procurement@nrc.no at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
NRC will follow the two envelop process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the above submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in a separate designated fields, otherwise you offer will be disqualified.
Please reduce the file name length before uploading files, to avoid technical problems.
Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system.
