The Rene Moawad Foundation is recruiting an experienced Business Coach with expertise in specific businesses for a total of 7 MSMEs. The series of coaching sessions will take place as part of a development program that is designed to empower Lebanese MSMEs in North Lebanon.
The project aims to support MSMEs during the current economic crisis the country is witnessing. The training’s purpose is to enhance the businesses’ knowledge in business topics.
Main duties of the coach:
- Prepare and design suitable coaching sessions for MSMEs owners to support them in developing their technical/ business skills including the number of the sessions.
- Adapt the content of the sessions and use a highly interactive methodology and methods to measure progress.
- Report on the progress and flow of each session.
- At the end of the sessions, the coach will present a report about the coaching and evaluation by assessing the material and the progress of the participants.
Required competencies:
The trainer(s) is expected to have the following skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in the field he/she is applying for
- Competency in delivering hands-on-support
- Experience in coaching
- Positive attitude, energetic and very strong communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
In addition, we expect from coaches a strong commitment to advancing the overall goals of the entire program and ensuring that the particular sessions are given as a coherent part of the entire program.
Contract duration: 2 months
