Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, record, compile and clean data of beneficiaries served under SAMS projects in coordination with MEAL department.
- Maintain a detailed and secured patient processing database monthly with all patients received and covered by SAMS.
- Ensure weekly follow-up with SAMS’ patients and discharged from the hospital and guide patients to receive needed care and services.
- Sustain a reliable, updated referral sheet every quarter with all new services identified. Using multiple referral platforms such as activity info, RIMS, UNHCR referral platform.
- Handling of the referral hotline for patients with identified needs and guided to service providers in their areas. Referrals of patients should be aligned with the Interagency Minimum Standard on Referrals using the various interagency referral tools.
- Participate in the planning and review process of SAMS projects under the supervision of the project and medical coordinators.
- Produce work plan based on project planning and report achievements during weekly team meetings.
- Contribute to the identification of tools needed for implementing project activities and their development.
- Secure administrative, technical and operational support for the team when needed such as IT support (computer systems, electronic systems, and software applications), MOUs and finance sheet revision and editing, interactive report serving the implemented projects.
- Liaise with stakeholders and identify service providers.
- Contribute in intermediate and final project reporting. Report on challenges faced, trainings conducted, finance progress, follow up calls conducted and referrals submitted and shared with supervisor.
- Updates service mapping and referral sheet on a quarterly basis and share with supervisor.
- Submits purchase requests to the operation department on a monthly basis including the procurement of recharging cards and office supplies.
- Fulfill any other duties and requirements upon line management request.
Desired Education and Essential Skills
- University Degree in Social Sciences or similar.
- Knowledge in a medical field is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience in humanitarian field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in related fields.
- Working experience with NGOs/INGOs is desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages are mandatory.
- Ability to work within a team and independently without constant supervision.
- Good communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and to write reports to record documentation in an appropriate manner.
- Open-minded to project constraints. Ability to work under pressure in an unstable and changing environment.
- Ability to work under high pressure with a great level of personal organization and time management.
- Very positive personality with strong orientation towards solutions.
- Showing high level of flexibility and availability in order to respond to evolving situation.
Note: preference only to Lebanese and Lebanon-based applicants with existing authorization to work in Lebanon.
