HR Advisor

Traditions and People are looking for an HR Advisor responsible for setting and implementing an HR strategic plan including developing the organizational chart, leading the hiring process, coordinating Learning & Development across all entities, and organizing operating manuals across all functions.

Qualified candidates need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in setting HR policies and procedures, recruitment, performance management, development, compensation, and benefits.
