Reports to: Director of Program Development
Location: Tahaddi Center, Hay el Gharbeh, Southern Beirut
Work type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:00-3:30)
Position Summary: The PM will be in charge of ensuring the smooth and timely roll-out of multi-disciplinary donor-funded projects involving health, education, and livelihoods components. The PM will work in close communication with center directors to ensure project targets and objectives are met. The PM will communicate closely with the finance manager to track project budgets. The PM will be in charge of gathering all data related to donor reporting and preparing quality narrative reports and impact stories in partnership with the center directors and communications officer. The PM will interface with donors and attend meetings and trainings as needed.

Work type: Fixed-term full-time (8:00 AM- 3:30 PM)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with all aspects of projects in their portfolio including program documents, objectives, log frames, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate between a multi-disciplinary team to ensure clear communication of project goals, targets, and timelines, and the smooth and timely roll-out of all activities
- Collect project data from monitoring focal points input this into project reports or online databases regularly
- Prepare quality, detailed narrative reports within deadline
- Support the preparation of project communication materials (impact stories, photos, etc)
- Work closely with the finance manager to track project budgets
- Communicate with donors and provide project updates and information as needed
- Coordinate donor visits, attend meetings and trainings
- Prepare donor presentations
- Perform any other relevant duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or degree in related field; a master’s degree preferred
- 5 years of related experience
- Passionate about and committed to poverty reduction programming
- Educational background in social sciences or non-profit management
- Previous experience in project backstopping in the non-profit sector
- Excellent English writing and editing skills. Good Arabic language skills. French language skills are a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate competing priorities simultaneously
- Independent self-starter
- Comfortable in working in a diverse team and in a low-resource setting
- Advanced skills in excel, word, power point and other Microsoft Office programs
