The objective of this assignment is to identify potential institutions who can deliver training or workshops for UNICEF staff on diverse topics (soft and technical skills).
The long-term agreement (LTA) is an open agreement or a modality whereby UNICEF engages an institution based on competitive assessment to provide the services requested at agreed dates throughout the agreement period. Upon signature of the agreement by both parties, UNICEF would then contact the institution for each event a time.

UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender for the issuance of LTAs for training service providers, as stipulated in the LRPS. Hence, I am writing to invite you for Invitation to Bid No. (LRPS-2022-9177744)
You are kindly requested to quote your best price and submit your proposal by e-mail ONLY to: lebtender@unicef.org not later than 12:00h, 03 October 2022; otherwise it will be considered invalid.
Proposals should be sent by email ONLY to lebtender@unicef.org in two separate emails not later than 12:00h, October 2022: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.
- Email for technical proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.
- Email for price proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.
The reference LRPS 2022-9177744 must be shown in the e-mail's subject.
Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.
