Receive maps, list of households in the sample, questionnaires, field manual and other forms from the supervisor to guide the work.
Visit assigned households and fill out questionnaires as directed by the supervisor; maximum of four households per day required.
Check the completion of the questionnaires before leaving the house.
Complete the appropriate coding as needed.
Return questionnaires, maps and other forms completed to the responsible supervisor.
Attend the training needed for the MICS
