The Rene Moawad Foundation is seeking an IT consultant.

Profile of the Service Provider:

The Service Provider should meet and demonstrate the following requirements:

• Strong knowledge in computer networking and hardware;
• At least 3 years of experience in computer science and Information technology.

Tasks of the Consultant:

The Service Provider will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Administer and Manage Windows Servers: Domain Controller, Database SQL, Virtualization, GP, WSUS, Mail Server.
• Manage Cloud-based solution: Microsoft Azure (Active Directory, Exchange, Endpoint Manager).
• Office 365: Configure & Manage users accounts: Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Bi…
• Create and manage Teams Permissions on SharePoint for different departments.
• Manage, Setup and Configure the Networks (Routers, Gateway, Firewall, DNS, Switches, WAN, LAN, VLAN, Access Points).
• Setup Data and Configurations Backups, NAS Storage.
• Setup VPN between Users and on premises services.
• Manage Antivirus and Security measures.
• Support Users using Dolphin System.
• Prepare employees computers by installing Operating system, needed Software and checking for updates.
• Support the users on daily basis to solve any problem occurred instantly (Remotely or by site visits).
• Orient and Train the staff using the technological devices and programs.
• Manage Windows and MAC OS environments.
• Connect the users to different network printers.
• Maintain and Repair Hardware: Laptops, Computers, Servers, Printers, Tablets, Smartphones, UPS, Projectors and  Replace malfunctioned parts.
• Manage the CCTV system.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computers, servers and network equipment.
