Traditions & People is a social enterprise working on projects to preserve culinary traditions, and rural heritage and promote community development through women empowerment, youth employment, respect, ownership, and passion for excellence.
Traditions & people in partnership with UNICEF are rehabilitating 10 community-based projects across Lebanon. The project aims to employ youth and women from the most vulnerable areas.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Develop & Implement SET marketing strategy.
Create Content.
Manage social media pages.
Manage relationships with the press and third parties.
Admin, Technical – in collaboration with IT specialist.
Skills & Competencies:
• Fluency in Arabic and English, and French is a plus.
• Design software(adobe or in-design).
• Communication across all social platforms.
• Excellent writing skills (English).
• Project management.
• Time management [ability to prioritize].
• Proactive planning.
• Creativity.
• Content Creator.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork and team spirit (having positive feedback from collaborators).
• Networking and public relations.
Qualified candidates need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a proven track record
in Marketing and Communication.
