Fashion designer and trainer

MARCH is looking for a young motivated fashion
designer/trainer, to do an on the job vocational training for youth between 18
and 35 years old in our center in tripoli.
The fashion designer/trainer should have an experience in:
Sewing, embroidery ( hand and digital ), patternmaking, fashion making ....

Other tasks and responsibilities:
1- Quality control of the end product ( including the supervision of different
trainer's vocations )
2- Coordinating between different vocations ( sewing, embroidery, digital
design) to ensure a smooth production of the items 
3- Coordinate with the sales team to produce custom orders and shop's needs for
stock
4- Develop and train the youth on a very well defined curriculum in fashion
making
5- Follow up on the inventory and the procurement of the approved items for
production
6- Develop costing templates and cost control of the product
7- Evaluate youth individually on the process of their training

Qualifications:

1- Minimum of 3 years of experience in vocational training

2- Degree in fashion design or relevant field

3- A proven experience in quality control of fashion
production
