Main functions and duties:
Responsible for the quality of the activities' implementation in the areas of Protection and Social services, in agreement with the Project Manager
Coordinate the preparation of MoSA's questionnaire for beneficiaries' selection and the staff involved in Protection and Social services activities
Provide technical expertise to ensure the monitoring and supervision of activities related to Protection and Social services in the different locations of the intervention
Ensure that the employed staff and the social and protection services adhere to the principles of Gender-Based Violence and Child Protection
Plan and supervise the correct use and response mechanism of the complaints and feedback system provided for project activities
Coordinate with other local and national stakeholders in the area of Protection and Social services
Constantly interact with the Project Manager in order to solve issues related to the implementation of the activities under his/her supervision
Other necessary duties as assigned (i.e. support in designing and editing new projects proposals)

Minimum qualification required: Master's degree or five-year degree obtained at least 3 years ago.
A degree in Social Sciences/Political Sciences/Cooperation and International Relations will be an advantage. Other qualifications will also be considered positively if supported by postgraduate specialisations
Degree of experience in the area of expertise: at least 3 years of experience in Health/Protection sector(s) preferably in the MENA area. Extensive knowledge of the Lebanese Protection and Social services system
Degree of experience in cooperation work: at least 3 years of experience in the field of cooperation with an international NGO or other international agency
